The Return
You haven't lost yourself. You've just been living someone else's version of your life. This is the work of coming back.
Begin HereYou know something isn't working. You can feel it.
Maybe it's the relationship you keep replaying. The career that looks right on paper but feels hollow in your chest. The version of yourself you perform for everyone else while the real you waits in the wings.
Maybe you've done some of the work already. Read the books. Tried the apps. Had the conversations in your head a thousand times. And still, something stays stuck.
That's not a failure. That's the limit of doing this alone.
The Return is a coaching experience built for people who are ready to stop circling and start moving. Not with a formula. Not with platitudes. With honest, human, deeply personal work that meets you exactly where you are and helps you find your way back to yourself.
A structured path back to yourself
Each session builds on the last. This isn't four disconnected conversations. It's a journey with a beginning, a middle, and a real shift at the end.
Where You Are
A full, honest inventory of your life right now. What's working, what isn't, and what you keep avoiding. Together we identify the core pattern or story that's been running the show.
Where It Started
The deeper dig. We trace the pattern to its origin. The conditioning, the inherited beliefs, the protective strategies that made sense once but are costing you now. Inner child work, family systems, identity.
What You're Building
We shift from understanding to action. What does the life you actually want look like? We define your values, your vision, and the first real moves toward becoming who you already know you are.
Integration
We lock in what's shifted. New practices, new awareness, a clear plan. We name where you're still vulnerable to old patterns and build the structure to hold you steady moving forward.

Your personal resource guide
When you begin The Return, you'll receive a compiled list of the books, podcasts, and apps that have shaped my own journey and the lives of the people I coach. These aren't generic recommendations. They're the specific resources I point people toward when they're doing the real work of coming back to themselves.
This guide is exclusively for coaching clients and is tailored to support the work we do together.

Book a Free CallAaron leads a process of space and questions to specify and deepen into myself. Surface level BS, excuses, old stories won't be the landing ground. I dig deeper and don't reach for my familiar safety lines, and what comes to the surface is hearing my own voice give the answers to change. He always, with compassion and belief in my capacity for self fulfillment and greatness, helps guide me to my truth, my answers, my future. My self. He changed my life. One small guided step at a time.Lani
Aaron occupies a unique space different from therapist, life coach or even a career-specific mentor. It's been helpful to loop him in while going through big changes, and get objective and expert advice. The regular check-ins helped me stay on track during the most pivotal moments. I appreciated how much of the sessions were self-guided and customizable. Whatever areas I needed help in, it was tailored to those.Caitlin B.
Aaron's coaching is like a compassionate lighthouse, guiding you through the fog of uncertainty. He doesn't tell you what to do; he helps you discover what you're truly capable of.Doug, Los Angeles
Aaron's love and passion for helping others is a big inspiration to me. I've watched this man transform himself into a better version of himself. His strong dedication and commitment to transforming his own life while also uplifting everyone else is why I feel honored to call him my friend.Santiago
I've been where you are. That's not a tagline.
I spent 15 years behind a camera in Hollywood, building a career that looked successful while my inner world was falling apart. I was a father, a husband, a professional. And I was dying inside.
One night, I nearly took my own life. An image of my kids stopped me. I checked into UCLA's behavioral health unit, and I started the hardest, most important work of my life. I rebuilt everything: my relationship with myself, my kids, my sense of who I am without the mask.
Today I coach because I know what it takes to come back from the bottom. Not because I read about it. Because I lived it. And I know that the hardest part isn't the work itself. It's deciding you're worth it.
You already know something needs to change
The question is whether you're ready to stop knowing and start doing.
