DAD MODE ACTIVATED

A Workshop for Soon-To-Be Dads Who Don’t Want to Just “Wing It”

If you’ve landed here, it means something in you knows this moment matters.

You’re about to become a father. And while nobody hands you a manual, you can get real support.

This workshop is a chance to slow down, get honest, and prepare for what’s coming in a way most men never get to do.

We’ll talk through the three biggest fears most soon-to-be dads face and more importantly, how to meet them with clarity, connection, and confidence.

What You Will Take Home

  • A clear understanding of the identity shift you’re in, and how to meet the fear of losing your freedom with presence instead of panic
  • A practical way to show up as a real partner by learning how to ask questions that open space for support, not silence
  • Confidence in your capacity as a father by naming what’s unknown, grounding your expectations, and learning what you can do from day one

this is for you if…

  • You don’t want to “just figure it out” when the baby arrives
  • You want to be more than a bystander in this transition
  • You want tools, not fluff
  • You care deeply about your relationship and don’t want to lose connection through this change

No lectures. No fluff. Just real talk, grounded insight, and tools you’ll actually use.

This isn’t therapy. It’s not a circle of guys complaining about work or their wives. It’s a focused, supportive space where we talk about what’s actually coming and how to meet that next chapter like the dad you’re becoming.

why this matters

I’m a divorced dad with two kids, and I can say without hesitation:

If I had something like this when I first became a father, my marriage might have turned out very differently.

I created this workshop because I’ve seen what happens when men don’t have the tools.

Not just tools for diapers, but tools for communication, self-awareness, and emotional presence.

The kind that help you stay connected to your partner instead of growing apart.

Fatherhood changes everything. And without support, that change can lead to distance, disconnection, and resentment.

But it doesn’t have to. This workshop isn’t just about becoming a good dad. It’s about being a present partner. About protecting the bond that got you here. And becoming the kind of father who leads with clarity, not just instinct.

your facilitator

Hey—I’m Aaron. I’m not a parenting expert.

I’m a dad who learned, sometimes the hard way, how important it is to show up with intention.

After 15 years in the film industry, I walked away from a career that no longer felt aligned because I knew I wasn’t showing up the way I wanted to as a father or a partner.

I’ve been through divorce. I’ve made mistakes.

And I’ve done the work to rebuild my relationship with my kids, with myself, and with how I show up in the world.

Today, I coach men through fatherhood, partnership, emotional growth, and leadership. Not from a pedestal, but from lived experience.

Dad Mode Activated is what I wish I had back then:

A place to prepare, to ask questions, to feel less alone, and to walk into this next chapter more equipped. View my full story
